We begin by designing and analyzing parts in CAD. We can build and service dies from 8" x 12" to 42" x 80". We work with all types of tooling and materials including A-2, D-2, S-7, Cpm-10V, and 4140 steel. We use both manual and CNC milling machines, cranes, surface grinders, and other standard equipment. We do die tryouts to make sure that all dies we produce make parts to print. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
We will maintain and sharpen your tools throughout the project's life. We keep all tooling records to ensure maintenance and replacement parts will be hassle free. Our tools are shipped ready for production and are user friendly.
